Media Player Unable to Play SD Card Reader

I have tried 2 different card readers but I continue to get the same error: "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file". Using the Web Help, I have tried updating the driver (it was already updated), repairing the app, resetting the app, restarting my system...should I uninstall and reinstall the Media Player app? I am using Windows 11 OS.attached are the error box and other information within the Media Player
