how to install ".net8.x-windows" in build pipeline/agent

Hello everyone, I am trying to use ".net8.x-windows" as target framework. but my build pipeline task "use .Net framework" doesnt allow me to use -windows since it allows only majorversion.minor version. How to manage build pipeline to use such .net dependency for my code? Please help. Thank you.
