A Employee in the support section just ruined my computer?

I’ve followed some steps in a support page to help with my Memory Integrity (i think that’s the name) and following the steps of this idiotic employee, he has locked me out my own computer?!?!? Since restarting my computer I am greeted with my user then followed with “Something happened and your PIN isn’t available, Click to set up your PIN again” when clicking “Set up my Pin” it doesn’t even let me create one without an app i need from the store??? How do I enter the store without a Pin to even log in, awful awful staff, if anyone can help with this issue please let me know.
