My outlook account linked to old laptop is blocked and all efforts to recovering is not working. It says Microsoft has blocked the account, due to the reason I'm unable to activate windows and ms-office after re-installation linked to the account. The account is 10years old and need it to get windows and ms-office activated, or else is there any possibility to create another outlook account and transfer windows & office license to the new account. Please advice. Thank you.
