Can't reset my password, only shows a window saying "search for app in store?"

I seriously need help, I had to change my PIN some hours ago but because I was in a rush I already forgot it, bit when I click the 'i forgot my PIN' option it just shows me the window on the image, regardless of what i press it doesnt do anything.Another issue is that I cannot even access the CMD or any other option on the restar+shift menu because when it asks fory password for my outlook account it says the password is wrong (is not) I have changed it from my phone like 4 times and the PC doesn't seem to know it
