why can't i download WhatsApp and Netflix on my device ?

hello I wanted to download the WhatsApp app on my device, but when i search it on Microsoft store there is no results found, and when i try to download it from google it leads me to Microsoft store, but there is no download button. And same goes for the Netflix app. Can you help me download it.
