Sound not working anymore on Acer Laptop Windows 10

Hilaptop has an internal sound card. Worked fine until I booted today. Now i get an error at the taskbar icon "No Audio Output Device is installed". Tried the usual, but no success. Thanks for any feedback. No sound whatsoever on the laptop.Matt
