Sound driver issue

I am using win 10 i have the amd high definition audio devices driver downloaded but my rear and front audio port is not detecting my wired headphone when i connect it the headphone works fine evry where else i tried downloading realtek driver but it just installed and asked to restart when i restart and check device manager still its not there tried re installing several times and also i tried to add it from legacy and now when i try to add it from legacy my pc crash and give error and restart please help
