I cannot log in to either Microsoft store or my Xbox app, a small grey window named "sign in" appears for a couple of seconds then disappears.

I have bought a new computer and want to get onto my Xbox account so I can use the game pass. however whenever I try to log in it just comes up with a separate small window with the tab title of "sign in" with no option of entering my email or password or anything and then it closes after around 2 seconds. It does the exact same on both Microsoft store and Xbox.I have tried:-uninstalling the Xbox app-using the "reset" and "repair" tool from apps and features on both Microsoft store and Xbox-signing in through the browser for Xbox and Microsoft, I can log in to my google chrome and edge however
