fully corrupted pc

My computers windows is fully corrupted like c drive and everything and nothing works like resetting windows with a clean install. ive recently started using isos but its gotten to a point were my pc doesn’t even boot to the password screen. what pc part would i have to replace to have a new windows and storage system
