Microsoft Exchange Message SCL score = -1.

Dear Sir, Customer find that the below email are stucked in the Exchange transport. In the message details, it has a SCL: -1 value. But I cannot find this value in the Microsoft document. Is it a spam score ? Or it is another meaning such as corrupted message etc.Any reference link article to define the value -1?Regards, Joe Tam
