Windows setup could not configure Windows to run on this computer's hardware.

Hello,My desktop computer had an issuing booting up. Resetting didn't work and when I tried to reinstall windows 10 it gave me a message "Windows setup could not configure Windows to run on this computer's hardware.". After inputting the command msoobe it is stucked on the blue screen with a just a moment message. Please help. David
