We noticed that we are unable to use the microphone in a Google meeting. It is saying we need to enable the microphone.When we tried to open the Privacy and Security Settings > Microphone, we found out it is missing. We are only able to see minimum options. General, Camera, Location, Microphone and all other options is not showing as seen in the image below.https://i.ibb.co/2t92F9C/image.jpgCan you please let us know what to do? We tried enabling the microphone in the gpedit.msc but still it didn't change the Privacy and Security options.
