How do I remove a prior main user administrator from my HP desktop windows 10 computer? There are currently no other user profiles on the PC.

I can not change the current PC administrator, it shows me no option to remove or delete the current user account. I am unable to change the name, the email address and everything. No matter what way you try to go around it, there's been no way to my knowledge to change, delete, remove, or edit anything about the current administrator
