My Airpod Pros and Beats Studio Pros are connecting via Bluetooth, but are not registered as a sound output.

I've tried a vast majority of the troubleshooters (Bluetooth and sound), I've used the command "msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic" in the run application. Nothing seems to work. It is connected Bluetooth wise, but still isn't even registered as a sound output. I've updated all the drivers and windows updates I could. I have paired and unpaired multiple times. I "factory reset" both devices as well. The only sound output that continues to show up is the built in speakers of my laptop.I also have problems connecting these devices on Bluetooth.
