I am using a Lenovo IdeaPad 310-15ISK that I purchased from Ebay.I have tried numerous settings and keyboard shortcuts, but nothing will switch my keyboard layout/language. I have gone into keyboard options, made sure I have the required language packs, gone through all the settings I can think of, and even changed the keyboard shortcuts to change the language. They can be alt+shift, ctrl+shift, or the "`" key. After trying many configurations, my computer seems to be refusing any attempt to change my keyboard layout.
