I am an end user and I have purchased 5 Windows Server 2019 Standard Retail software. I have activated two of them in the recent past but when reinstalling and activating those two packages I get an error that the software cannot be activated for whatever reason. I looked up the error code (0xc004c003) and according to that code my Windows Server is blocked on their activation servers.
