stuttering starts sometimes right after booting up, then randomly every 10-30 minutesrunning bluestacks (virtualization software) for some reason stops the stuttering but still get frame drops every now and then.have reset pc probably 20 times, but didn't do the complete wipe (deleting all files)honestly think this is a glitch and want to go to factory default windows-running the XBOX app (and the games installed with them) causes immediate stuttering-stuttering affects restarts and shutdowns (pc will just stall and sometimes bluescreen unless I hold reset button)-resetting the pc changes the
