I can't find the command to format a CD/DVD

I have Windows 11. I recently installed a new, external LG brand CD/DVD drive. I can burn files to the drive, but I cannot format a CD so that Windows recognizes it. I have done the following:Opened File Explorer from the Start menuSelected "This PC"Right clicked on the CD driveHowever, there is no "Format Drive" option on the menu.Is there another way to format the drive?
