App is only opening as a background process instead of as window

Redirecting have the same issue as this person.I try to launch an app and in the task manager it appears as background process, but no window or symbol in the taskbar opens up.I had this with newly installed apps but also some apps which ran fine and probably after an update of windows refused to launch again.It doesn't effect all apps, just a select few, but some I need for daily operation.In this instance it killed my nextcloud app. It ran fine till two weeks ago and no
