Can't acces my user Profile

Hi,My PC crashed and I had to reinstall Windows 10 (from my Computer). Now I can access like Admin. or "Other" but not to my account, because it says that the password is wrong, which I didn't change. How can I fix this problem? Thank you in advance,Marina
