Not showing Any option while advance startup

Hi I am Snehil Raj using windows 10 (1709) version When I go to settings>update and recovery>recovery then go to advanced startup. When I go to advanced startup, then only a bluse screen was showing not any option displayed . Troubleshooting,Other settings command prompt, system restore, system image and some other settings are missing which are helpful. Please help me!
