Input Not Supported on My Screen

So it happens when I accidentally change a setting on AMD software that changes the monitors resolution, and after that my screen just turned black and a box that says Input Not Supported. I already tried changing cables, removing my rams and restarting from bios and the PC, nothing happens just a plain black and box that says Input Not Supported .. Please I need to fix this on time
