I forgot my password to get into my windows account. THere is no option for the Admin user choice.

Hi:I forgot my password to get into my windows account and am locked out of my computer. The start screen only asks my password and some other App ads, as well as wifi , accessibility and start button icons on the bottom right. Cannot open the Windows button to choose the admin to manage the password so I can use the computer. Please help!
