Hello.I am 25 year old adult. Sadly my Mom passed away 2 years ago. Microsoft family features is annoying me constantly with pop ups etc. I have been trying to remove Microsoft family safety features from my account and my computer but I cant. Mom's email is terminated, her phone number is gone, everything is gone and settled. So I have nothing to recover her account. I still try to go through the process with her email and password by answering questions but "information I supply is not sufficient". I have tried other things to delete Family Features off my PC or disable it but nothing works.
