No Bitlocker Key...

Hello Community Members...I got my Surface Pro 3 from charge put it on and got...A Bitlocker screen asking for the code that I HAVE - NOT Got !Tried the other options but it seems to be looping back to the Bitlocker screen...All help so much valued & I appreciate your advice and time with my enquiry...Sincerely Best...Paul...
