Cannot sign in to One Drive and have Admin rights issue.

Just had a major computer issue and had to reset my pc. Still don't have admin rights and cannot sign into One Drive.I was able to reset the password and it will accept the PIN and it shows me as the owner of the account.Documented all the issues and sent them to my isp provider (starlink).Here is a pic of what I'm encountering now. Will also need help with the admin rights issue.Am only computer user.
