I recently got a new laptop and it has been working perfectly. Around 3 days ago the brightness keys suddenly stopped working, now I have to manually change the brightness in settings. If I click the brightness keys then it brings up the slider and sometimes shows it moving up or down by one, but it never changes the actual brightness.I have tried restarting, updating laptop, updating optional updates, I have tried using Fn + brightness keys, I have tried using Fn + Esc in-case Fn lock is on, I have tried keyboard and screen updater in device manager, I have tried to update my drivers (might h
