Win 10 machine crashed when it was writing and there was a 10-second power out. Automatic repair cannot fix the computer. I used the troubleshooter command prompt and found that scannow would not work. Using dism I found that the image had an unfixable error and it seemed that my only option is to do an repair install/upgrade to keep all my files. I created a Win 10 22H2 installation disk on a 8GB USB (ver 2)I have tried to do this multiple times but it has failed every time. To start I boot the computer and let it do the the "Preparing Auto Repair" thing and then go to the "Advanced Options
