I am seeking assistance with my Lenovo Laptop (V15 G2 IJL) running Windows. I recently tried to perform a factory reset, but I encountered an issue where a message appeared stating that there was not enough hard disk space to complete the reset. It instructed me to free up space, but I exited the troubleshooting settings and returned to the startup login screen. Once back at the login screen, I attempted to enter my passcode but kept receiving an error stating that my credentials were incorrect.
