I've had this issue for a while now, Im running windows 10 pro with the hyper v package enabled, but any time I boot up the manager it isnt able to connect to my local machine. Ive uninstalled and removed the hyper v files numerous times, checked to see if vmcompute is running, enabled the windows security override option (Control Flow Guard) but still, no fix for this issue.
