Active Directory : Group policy update error in the DC , RPC server is unavailable.

Whenever I try to put a group policy update request on my computer's OU, it shows that the "remote procedure call was cancelled" or the "RPC server is unavailable.".What is the reason for this, and what should I do to remediate that?
