Language options gone

Hi,my colleague at work is doing pranks on my computer from time to time. Now he changed display language. That alone wouldn't really be difficult, as the display language can simply be changed back in the settings, but this time, he went a little too far. Somehow, he managed to make the language options in settings disappear entirely.If I click on Time & Language in the settings menu, I only seeate & timeRegionSpeech(I was unable to upload screenshot)Even if I type "language" into searchbox, and select the very first option "language settings", it directs me back to main settings pa
