I cant use my new NVMe disk.

When I open Computer Mangement I can see my disk.But when I try to format it, it doesn't show up in the disk management (create and manage partitions)I have looked up tons of videos but they always have the disk unallocated. But i can only see 2 out of my 3 disks.The computer knows it has the NVMe disk and it is registered in the BIOs but i cant seem to activate it.
