Play video before login screen

i need help im doing this for the past 12 hours as shown in the video by @LinusTechTips on 12:45 i think he shows the link but he doesnt say it in details when i go to the site i copy the code do as shown when i run it on task scheduler it runs but when i restart the pc id doesntfirst time i did it i it was working but only when i got off the login page on windows and when the desktop loaded it showed after few seconds but when i tried to fix it i scrabeld it all pls help
