Surface Pro Restarting every 10 minutes.

My surface pro randomly started restarting every 10 minutes. I have hard restarted the computer, uninstalled the last update, ran a diagnostic, and ran system restore. The problem persists. I tried to Reset the computer but it restarted during the Reset causing it to fail. I’m not sure what else to do. I have not downloaded anything recently or made any changes to settings. Help!!
