I've been trying to download an app that really only uses 100 mb of storage, so it should have been downloaded insanely quickly (I'm on my school's internet, they pay for a 10 gb/s plan and I'm the only one on the main network, rather than the student's computers' side network (courtesy of the tech guys)), so the fact that this app's been Pending a download for half an hour is ridiculous. How do I fix it??Edit: Yes, I maxed out windows update settings. I'm running on 100% bandwidth for both background and foreground updates
