Can you factory reset a School laptop with admin rights and User Account Control

For some reason the laptop would'nt let me reset the system and when I went to the Reset PC Option It would want me to enter UAC Admin's Password and Username and I tried to advanced options but when I went to troubleshoot and Reset This PC Remove everything it just puts me back to the Choose the options when i do Keep files it would just say Failed please try again laterAny help please Thanks.
