Unable to login with windows password or microsoft account password both shows incorrect.

Hi to all Members. My Question is I installed a brand new window into the PC and setup a custom password and Pin to it. then I synced the windows with my microsoft account now. in this pc neither my windows password is working nor my microsoft account pass. i am only able to login with pin can anyone please tell me how can i resolve this issue. thanks in advance.
