Computer stays on after shuttown for a long time

I am experiencing an issue with my PC. After initiating a shutdown, the system remains on for approximately 10 minutes with a black screen and the fans running. Eventually, it powers off, but this process typically takes around 30 seconds. There are no events recorded in the Event Viewer. I have already reset the power settings and confirmed that there are no pending updates. Additionally, I have run the SFC and DISM commands and used the Media Creation Tool to rebuild Windows.
