Windows Cumulative Update keeps failing

I installed windows 10 this July somehow i think my windows is corrupted DISM, sfc and chkdsk won't fix this issue, I do not want to reinstall Windows I had a picture of Windows PowerShell while it was following this link Error 0x800f0831 when installing an update - Configuration Manager All of them don't work i don't use method 2I did chkdsk /f 2 times nothing had changed 3 times sfc /scannow nothing has changed I keep pressing Retry i hate I kept failingI joined the Beta Channel ProgramThats all
