My laptop returns an message when I try to login with My PIN: "This sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again" I don't either of those conditions were true. My laptop is in my home office, plugged in, powered on from the day before. Using Windows 10. I have no other sign in options.
