what can do i need to get the access?

the company i work has business licenses for windows server, exchange and office products. unfortunately the person responsible is no longer with us how can i get access to the license portal. we do have value license keys, but we need to know how many licenses. at one time i had access to the portal and was able to view the license now i no longer have access. what can do i need to get the access?Thanks:Angel
