I want to combine my D drive with my C drive as my C drive is running out of space.

My C and D drive are both on the same SSD, and I'm trying to delete my D drive partition so I can allocate it all the C drive. I cannot delete the D drive as the option doesn't appear. I feel like the problem seems to be the "Windowsapps" folder that is in the D drive, which I can't delete nor move (and I'm not sure if I should do that as it seems important).
