Locked by lost administrator account

I have a very weird question so I had an account that went under an email, and I locked my gaming pc because of an mcmfa hacker, they changed the email and I lost that windows account but my pc still says its been locked by an administrator and I can't log in to unlock it because the email didn't exist anymore, even when made a new email with the same email name i still can't do anything...please help I am unable to create any other accounts so this pc is just stuck being useless
