CPU usage remains above 50% until i open task manager

I think I have miner or some kind of virus on my laptop. I scanned malwarebytes it looks secure but this cpu usage problem doesnt go away. Also little information how I discover that is when I do nothing on my laptop fans suddenly goes high so I just go and check task manager and I see high cpu usage.
