How to refresh backup option presented when configuring new windows 11 installation?

Hi,I have an existing windows 10 laptop.I have purchased a new laptop with windows 11When I am going through the configuration set-up on the new windows 11 laptop, it presents an option to restore from a backup.The backup file is dated June 22, 2024. I want to refresh this backup so it is less than 7 days old at the point of use (12th October 2024)How do I do this?
