what do i need to install that cellular driver?

I bought a new laptop (a dell intel core i7 vPro 9th generation) in January. i recently discovered that it has a sim card slot but it doesn't have any driver for cellular, nor does it show any cellular option in settings or in notification panel what do I need to install that cellular driver??
