Device Manager not working

Hi Guys,I have a problem. My device manager when opened says something like restricted access. I saw the other post when someone said to type slmgr /dll in cmd as admin. I will paste picture down here and it would really be helpful if someone can help me what to do next or I can do nothing. Sincerely, Petar Grujoski
