Monitor went to sleep mode when connected to PC but light up when connected to laptop

The day before, the PC is fine, before I went to sleep I turn off both my PC and my monitor. Later I woke up form a thunderstorm and worried about my PC, so I unplug the PC and the monitor. Next morning I re-plug all of them but monitor went sleep mode but the PC is on. I tried connect HDMI of the monitor to my laptop and the monitor light up. Can someone help me with this problem?
